"In mid-July, Reese McHenry released one of the Triangle's strongest LPs of the year: a collaborative record with the mighty Spider Bags, titled Bad Girl. But she's not satisfied to stop there, apparently.
With her new band, Reese McHenry & the Fox, she's continuing her impressive streak of mighty musical output with a new EP, High Comma, that's due relatively soon. "Heather" is the first of High Comma's four songs, and it's a straightforward, shadowy rock number that moves at a quick clip. As with all of her projects, McHenry's hurricane vocals take the spotlight, and she's surrounded by an unrelenting mass of drums and guitars."
